(Un)Truth Unveiled

For this project, I created an awareness poster revealing the hidden truth behind Vitamin Water. Many people assume Vitamin Water is a healthy choice, but few realize how much sugar it actually contains. My goal was to inform my audience—athletes, students, and anyone who drinks Vitamin Water—about the importance of checking nutrition labels and making informed choices.

I chose purple and yellow as my main colors because they are complementary, creating a strong visual contrast that draws attention. The diagonal placement of the Vitamin Water bottle and spoon adds a sense of movement and directional flow, guiding the viewer’s eye across the composition. Through this design, I wanted my audience to feel educated and more conscious of what they’re consuming so they can make healthier decisions.
